Our leader, Jeramy has exceptional knowledge in the fields of weight-loss, body-sculpting and sports performance training, nutrition, supplementation, motivational techniques as well as an extensive background in bodybuilding, talking the fitness talk but also walking it, as an IFBB Professional Athlete.
Jeramy and his team of elite trainer's arsenal includes over 50 years experience in the health and fitness field, certifications with AFFA, ACE, NESTA, WRHF, IFPA, NGA, National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Red Cross including a national weight loss and motivational trainer, Kimberly Freeman as well as TV personality, fitness trainer and cover model: Christian Boeving in charge of west coast operations.
We have added to our arsenal, Nick Murphy who will be offering his expertise as a strength and power specialist. He will be heading up our mesotherapy division.
